Cookie policy (EU)
Last updated: 30 September 2026. This policy describes the cookies and local storage used on https://courtclash.app. It does not apply to the Court Clash mobile app, which does not use browser cookies.
1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small file stored by the browser. The site sets only one, for the language. The choice shown in the banner is stored in local storage on the device, not in an advertising cookie.
2. Language cookie
The NEXT_LOCALE cookie remembers the chosen language (fr, en, it, de, es or pt) for 365 days. It is necessary for the site to work. It is set when you pick a language, or when the site selects one.
3. Choice stored on the device
The key courtclash_cookie_consent_v1, in the browser local storage, keeps "accepted" or "declined" and the date. It stays on your device. Accepting does not turn on any tracker: the site does not load analytics or advertising tools.
4. Newsletter
The email entered in the form is sent by email to the Court Clash team, through the provider Resend. It is not stored in a cookie.
5. Social networks
The site shows links to the official Facebook, Instagram and TikTok pages. Those links do not embed those networks and do not set their cookies on courtclash.app.
6. Deleting this data
You can clear the NEXT_LOCALE cookie and the site data, including local storage, in your browser settings.
7. Your rights
You can ask for access, correction or deletion of data related to the site by writing to contact@courtclash.app. You can also contact the data-protection authority in your country.
