Welcome to Court Clash. These Terms of Use (ToU) apply to the Service, i.e. the Court Clash mobile application and the courtclash.app website. By using the app or the website, you accept these ToU. Please read them carefully.
1. Purpose and acceptance
The Service allows you to play 1v1 basketball, challenge opponents, record matches and view rankings. By creating an account or using the app or website, you acknowledge that you have read these ToU and agree to comply with them. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Use of the Service
You agree to use the app and website in accordance with applicable laws and in a fair manner. The following are strictly prohibited: any fraudulent, abusive or illegal use, creating fake accounts, manipulating scores or rankings, harassing other users, or any action that undermines the security or proper functioning of the Service. Website content is for informational purposes; the app is intended for organising and tracking 1v1 matches.
3. User account
Access to certain features of the Service (including match recording and rankings) requires creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
4. Intellectual property
All content of the Service (app and website), including but not limited to texts, images, logos, videos, graphics and software, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights held by Court Clash or its licensors. Any unauthorised reproduction, modification, distribution or use is strictly prohibited.
5. Liability
We strive to ensure the proper functioning of the Service and the accuracy of the information provided. We cannot, however, guarantee uninterrupted availability or the absence of errors. We disclaim any liability for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, to the extent permitted by law.
