Terms of sale
These terms of sale govern the paid Court Clash+ subscription, offered in the Court Clash mobile app on iOS and Android. The courtclash.app website presents the Service but does not sell the subscription and does not collect any payment. Last updated: 30 September 2026.
1. Seller
The seller is Court Clash, 2 rue Saint-Gilles, 22000 Saint-Brieuc, France. Contact: contact@courtclash.app.
2. Offer
Court Clash+ is a renewing yearly subscription (product identifier "yearly"). When it is enabled, it unlocks competitive matches beyond the free limit of 3 matches per week, history beyond the last 30 matches, advanced statistics, subscriber-only tournaments and partner offers. The details shown in the app at the time of purchase prevail. The app remains usable without a subscription for features that are not reserved.
3. Price and trial
The price is not a single rate for every country. It is set by the App Store or Google Play according to the country and currency of the store account, then shown in the app before you subscribe. As a guide, it is around €19.99 per year in France. The amount displayed at the time of purchase prevails. A 7-day free trial may be offered. Unless you cancel before the end of the trial, the paid subscription starts and is charged to the store account at the local price then in effect.
4. Order and payment
The purchase is made in the app, as an Apple or Google in-app purchase. Court Clash does not collect the card number. RevenueCat links the subscription to the Court Clash account. It does not collect the payment. Purchases can be restored in the app.
5. Renewal and cancellation
The subscription renews every year unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in the Apple or Google account settings, or via "Manage subscription" in the app. Court Clash+ access continues until the end of the period already paid. Deleting the Court Clash account does not cancel the store subscription.
6. Withdrawal and refunds
Payment is processed by Apple or Google. Any refund request is made to the store, under its rules. For a consumer in the European Union, the 14-day right of withdrawal may no longer apply once the digital service has started, if you asked for immediate access to Court Clash+ during the trial or at purchase.
7. Account required
The subscription is linked to the Court Clash account signed in at the time of purchase. It cannot be taken out on the website.
8. Changes
Court Clash may change these terms of sale. The version that applies is the one published on this page on the subscription date. Continuing the subscription after a new version is published means you accept it for the next period.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. For a dispute, write first to contact@courtclash.app. A consumer may also contact the competent consumer-protection authority.
By subscribing to Court Clash+ in the app, you accept these terms of sale and the terms of the store used for payment.
